The US reach of social networks has steadily increased through May 2009, according to the latest statistics from Compete.com. Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter have all posted impressive numbers:
• Facebook received a total of 113 million US visitors (up 8%)
• Facebook Connect received 65 million US visitors (up 14%)
• Over 40% of the US Internet population is using Facebook every month
• US MySpace traffic increased by 2.39%, to 56.8 million
