Chris Dessi, Andrew Goldberg and Mark Sarsha joined Buddy Media, New York, in new posts. Mr. Dessi becomes sales director for the East; he had worked at companies that include Epic Advertising, Miva and Zanox. Mr. Goldberg also becomes sales director for the East; he had been director for advertising sales at XM Satellite Radio, now Sirius XM Satellite Radio. And Mr. Sarsha becomes sales director for the West Coast, based in Los Angeles; he had been Western sales director at OK magazine, part of Northern and Shell.
