As part of this launch, Buddy Media has developed a solution utilizing both LinkedIn and Buddy Media technologies, which allows brands to post content to LinkedIn and track click-throughs, shares and conversions.
While distribution of content may start in the LinkedIn stream, it doesn't end there. Not only do we track clicks, shares and conversions from the stream, but we also allow any content on the open web to be shared and analyzed. Our ConversionBuddy product, which powers social sharing buttons and delivers marketers insight on how these sharing buttons drive conversions and sales, is now being applied to LinkedIn share buttons. With this new integration, brands will be able to capture valuable conversions from LinkedIn shares such as video plays, whitepaper downloads and sales leads. There is an opportunity to drive value from LinkedIn content like never before.
