Technology
Aside from our experienced people and perfected methodology, Buddy Media employs a suite of proprietary technologies throughout the development process. Our technologies include the following:
Twitter Management System
We designed the Twitter Management System for brands and agencies to harness the Twitter platform as an effective marketing tool. This System enables advertisers to identify, analyze and engage their audience based on Twitter trends and conversations (including mentions and ReTweet data)—all with respect to their competitors.
Our new solution will also allow brand advertisers to track volume and frequency of click-through rates of links posted on Twitter, as well as monitor and analyze sentiment, share of voice and market share compared to competitors. Ultimately, the Twitter Management System gives marketers powerful analytics and management tools to track Twitter’s impact on their bottom line.
Builder:
The Builder is our proprietary Social Media Development Platform. It is the industry’s only such platform to standardize and enable the rapid deployment of social solutions that deliver cross platform engagement (CPE). Now, social networkers can interact with their friends not just on one social network, but anywhere in the social media world. And brands will now be capable of engaging social networkers – or
social brand advocates wherever they exist.
We designed The Builder’s software and hardware architecture to serve as the foundation to meet and exceed the growing demand for social solutions that deliver higher rates of engagement at lower investments costs. Last year, Buddy Media deployed approximately 60 custom app-vertising campaigns. The Builder will now allow us to deploy 500+ per year. In addition, the Builder’s architecture provides additional benefits to our clients:
- Social platform independence – App-vertisements can be simultaneously launched, and changed (if necessary) on Facebook, MySpace, and Facebook Connect
- Enhanced tracking – Social networking gestures can be more easily tracked and monitored across platforms
- Automatic adjustments for social platform changes – When any social platform makes a change, Buddy Media will make the update on Builder once and then this change will be rolled out automatically to all deployed branded applications
Ultimately, the Builder technology enhances Buddy Media’s full-circle approach to developing the smartest social media strategies for our clients.
Social Page Management System
We designed the Social Page Management System (SPMS) to allow us to rapidly launch customized Pages and track and report on engagement analytics within the Page. Given creative and technical assets, the SPMS can deploy a Page by simply creating templates and writing CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). Within the SPMS, Pages offer a collection of defined modules. Some of the modules within the SPMS are:
RSS, Video Player, Careers, Custom HTML Block, and XML, Gifting, Event Calendar, Poll, Quiz, Product Portfolio/Gallery, among others.
The Social Page Management System (SPMS) allows brands to drive and increase user engagement, spread unified brand messaging, deploy multiple app-vertisements on Facebook Pages, and grow their fan base with customized branded experiences fully integrated into their Facebook Pages. Ultimately, the Social Page Management System helps brands to maximize the value of their presences on Facebook, whether they are actively running media campaigns on Facebook or just building out their presences on the social network for the first time.
BuddyBrain
We designed the BuddyBrain technology as the social control center that helps advertisers and brand marketers gauge how well their social campaigns are doing. Specifically within the BuddyBrain, brands can track, analyze and optimize their campaign against the guaranteed plan goals. Ultimately, the BuddyBrain offers a user-friendly interface, making social campaigns accessible, accountable and results-driven.
Methodology
