CHALLENGE

I want to track negative sentiment on my Wall and eliminate any inappropriate language that my fans may use, but I don't have the resources to keep up with the volume of content on my Wall.

With ConversationBuddy create lists of potentially offensive and/or negative words and have Posts or Comments using that language "flagged" for further moderation or automatically deleted.

CHALLENGE

When my fans mention the names of my competitors on my Wall, I want to know about it immediately so I can quickly address any issues.

It takes forever to parse through all of the Posts and Comments on my Wall to find issues that need to be addressed quickly. How can I find this customer service content more efficiently?
